Animation playing very differently (not a weight problem)

hi guys, im animating guns but the only problem that i cant figure it out is that it plays very differently in game:

WITHOUT ANIMATIONS

if you askm, its weight priority is Action1
it took me an insane amount of time to fix this mess but i just cant (2 DAYS!)

it looks like its not playing on the gun at all, how is the gun hooked up?
is it a motor6d only, or is it also a animation controller?

i followed step by step a guide:

motor6d, the animation is played on the humanoid.Animator

is the motor6d linked the same way in-game as in the animation?

and if you’d be okay with it, providing a file for the dummy with the gun may help me understand the issue a little more

apon first look, it appears it isnt rigged correctly.
i may be wrong here, so ill try some things to get it working

i got it fixed with a new rig and rerigged the gun (im sorry but u may have to reanimate it)

thank you, i dont know how you did but it works

just another small thing:


i only have create 2 keyframes (at 0 and 1)

i used the built in rig of Moon Animator that is properly rigged for all animation
(toolbox ones may not work)
and for re-rigging the gun, used the Moon Animator part welder.

basiclly, Moon Animator is VERY useful. i heavily suggest getting it if possible

i already have moon animator, however when i close it or save an animation file it bugs my entire rig and it sucks, but still thank you for the tip, maybe ill retry to use it

it may be a compatability issue with the rig your using, and that also happens even u press play before leaving moon animater.

so make sure to leave moon animater when ur done with it, and that ur using the built in rig.
