Animation Problem - Skinned Mesh

Hi guys, has anyone experienced this issue? I am working with bones inside a mesh. The crocodile looking creature’s animations are not playing correctly in the main game place. The pose of the creature isn’t even close to the actual animation’s pose.

Here’s a comparison (the red one is wrong)
Why is the head up, when the animation tells the neck bone to be down, and the front legs are all weird.

Yes, the animations work on both meshes, they share the same base skeleton.

Hello, maybe the animation script you use is outdated? It seems like there’s animation blending involved.
