Animation Progress

I began animating FPS on blender now roughly 2 months ago.
Recently I took a bit of a break due to personal reasons and just not being able to get on, but I decided after a while to get on and make a quick FPS animation and maybe record me from 2 months ago and me from now.

2 MONTHS AGO


This animation took me roughly 5-6 hours.
M4A1 Reload.

TODAY


This animation took me around 1 hour.
Bare in mind I haven’t animated on blender for about a week now so forgive me if it’s sort of bad still.

I’m no expert at animating anything but I think it is quite smooth and realistic. Great work!

Awesome! Keep it up! The animations look very smooth!

Edit : Just wanted to add another point. In the first animation, the right hand, the one that pushes the magazine in, jerks up when the magazine is pushed inside, however, it remains in the same position. This makes the force transferred look unrealistic, so I think you could fix that. Otherwise, great work! Keep it up!

I can see the improvement between 1 and 2. Good job. Number 2 is just more accurate imo. 8/10
