Animation Replication Bug

I ran a combat test on my game today, and encoutered a animation replication bug very heavily, it isn’t a game breaking bug because it usually fixes itself over time like shown in the video below, but sometimes it takes 30 seconds to a minute to fix itself, which can effect gameplay in combat scenarios, I was wondering if there was anyone who knew what was wrong and how I could fix it.

(I am using loadanimation from the animator, not the humanoid, and the client and server replication both does this, regardless of what its on, it will show for the host, but not the other players.)
