Animation runs but the tool does not move alongside the animation

I animated the swings, idle etc. without any problems but when it came to running I came to the realization that the tool does not move alongside the animation like its supposed to be

pretty sure you would need to have a script that would setup a motor6d between the handle and arm or something similar.
