Animation transitioning based on speed

Recently, I’ve been playing Find Everything more often and I’ve been wondering how the walk animation is able to transition into a full sprint based on the player’s walkspeed.

Here’s a video demonstrating what I mean:

You can see that my arms fly back for a brief moment before slowly settling back into the normal walk animation.

I haven’t tried to script this yet because I’m not sure where to start or look.
How would I be able to achieve something similar to this?
Could this work for R6? Does this have something to do with the Motor6Ds?

im pretty sure its just playing the running animation then slowly turning down its weight.

when you adjust an animation’s weight, it impacts how much influence it has over other animations such as walking, so you can transition between two animations smoothly.
