Animation Trouble

I want to make the animation smoother with running but don’t know how to approach it. As you can tell the animation looks funky combined with the running animation, I’ve thought of maybe stopping the running animation (but I don’t how).

I like it! Maybe make it seem a little more “powerful”, like it’s taking a lot of strength to do it.
