Animations Not Working Properly On DIfferent R15 Rigs

When I used my regular blocky model, the animation worked fine on how they pulled on the gate handle properly.

When I used a non-blocky model, the animation did not seem to work properly as the character ran further and pulled on the back of the gate instead of the door handle. Although I did make the cutscene with a blocky character model, I thought all r15 model animations would transfer over properly unless something else was wrong.

Is it possible to fix this so all player models will run the exact same cutscene? And how does this even happen, I don’t know if it is a scaling issue, but I did not scale the models at all when making the animation.
