Animations on my rigged monster look weird when played in game

Hey, i have been trying to make animations for my monster. Everything is fine but when i use animator:LoadAnimation() they look very weird.

Here is the explorer if you need to see:

Everything is unanchored.

The animation in moon animator:

When i load the animation:

I tried to do what i can, but i don’t know how to fix it.

(This is my first post, my bad if i missed anything.)

What is it specifically that makes it weird? From what I can interpret, I see that the dragon is closer than it should be; if that’s the case then move the monster back a couple studs.

On the second clip you can see that it is completely different from the first one.

You moved the dragon closer, making the rig end up in somewhere else.

What do you mean?
Also from what i can see if i move one of the parts in the animator and then play it the animation breaks like that, only rotating is fine.

Here, the one in moon animator is 11 studs, and the one you were testing was 8 studs.

What is 11 studs or 8 studs? I didn’t move it, same position.

then something is wrong with the attachment or the rig

I don’t know what is, that’s why i made this post.

Can i see the attachment of the torso?

There are no attachments just welds and motor6ds, but here is a screenshot of the explorer

That’s a Motor6D, unless it counts as an attachment but idk

i count it as an attachment, sorry but i dont know how the rig is breaking, try moving it, im gonna leave this topic.
