Animations Script Doesn't Work

I have been working on a script that uses an animation, but the animation only works in studio.

I have read about this and from my understanding you need to upload the animation to a group for it to work. I cant seem to find a upload animation to group button nor any way to upload an animation to a group.

I have read other topics covering this but for some reason non of the solutions work. For example one of the solutions is a upload animation button in the animations tab on the create page of roblox, but I cant seem to find it.

I greatly appreciate any help provided.

The animation has to be made by you or made by the group that you made the game in

Update: I figured out how to upload the animation to the group but it still doesn’t work.

Update the animation ID to the animation that you made in the group?

Yeah I used Save to Roblox on the animation and selected the group as the creator, but it still wont work in game.

Is the game that your making in the group that you’re posting the animation in?

Yeah, I am uploading it to the group im making the game in.

You published the game right? And if you did you should wait a few minutes for the animations to moderate? I’m unsure I have ran into this problem but I have gave all the advice that I’ve used

You’re welcome, if that doesnt work I would just re do the script and make sure everything is right. Have a good day🙂
