Animations working in Roblox Studio, but not in normal Roblox itself

I’m making animated SCPs in a scp game I’m making, however, I get the animations to work in Roblox Studio, everything works in studio, just perfect. But once I try it out in normal roblox, the animations simply don’t work.

I’ve tried exporting, saving the animations etc. It has probably to do something with it but I most likely did it incorrect.

What steps do I need to take to make the animations work in roblox itself? What causes it?

Is it a group game? If so you need to put the animations in the group.

When you export the animation. Select your group instead of exporting normally.
