Annual Premium Did Not Renew

The annual premium that I bought didn’t renew. I received no email notifying me that my subscription had ended.

I paid through my debit card last year; I’m 100% sure it had enough within it to be renewed automatically.

Expected behavior

My card will be charged $100 + taxes and fees for the annual subscription, and I will receive the premium benefits of the subscription.
