The annual premium that I bought didn’t renew. I received no email notifying me that my subscription had ended.
I paid through my debit card last year; I’m 100% sure it had enough within it to be renewed automatically.
Expected behavior
My card will be charged $100 + taxes and fees for the annual subscription, and I will receive the premium benefits of the subscription.

Our and our partner’s records (the one who processed the payment back in Jan 2024) show that the subscription was cancelled in May 2024, likely by user’s request, and it has simply lapsed in January of 2025.
