Junior Barista - Senior Barista

RULES:

  1. Be professional and use grammar at all times.

  2. If you come across a troller, you will give them two warnings before informing an MR/HR. You can rather contact an MR/HR on the group wall or on our discord server.

  3. At the cafe, you might come across an exploiter, bypasser, major spammer, etc. Catch proof of any major offence committed and put it on our discord server in the report section.

  4. Uniform is mandatory and you should be wearing all the time whilst on shift. The uniform is located in the kitchen so it should be easy to find.

  5. You’re allowed to order from fellow staff for roleplay reasons. Please do not sit around the cafe, you should be behind the registers at all times.

  6. If all seven registers are taken up at the cafe, you will have to server-hop into another server.

Staff Assistant - Assistant Manager

RULES:

  1. Due to you all being MRs, you cannot host any sessions. Do not ask to host, it is simply not allowed and it could result in a suspension.

  2. At the cafe, you should be supervising at all times.

  3. Like at interviews and trainings, you’re not allowed to host shifts. Only HRs have the power to do that.

  4. At trainings, only Assistant Managers can name. If there are no Assistant Manager, the rank above that will be chosen to name.

  5. You should only ever use the kick command when needed. You can use the H command to make any necessary announcements, but any over command shall not be used. If you do use these commands, it will be considered as AA.

  6. Discord is not required but Trello is. You’ll be added to an MR Trello and our Moderation Team Trello.

Manager - Executive

RULES:

  1. You’re allowed to attend hosted shifts, not only yours. If you do host a shift, make sure it does not go over someone else’s.

  2. All the host guides can be found on our HR Trello, you can create your own as long as you have all the information needed in it.

  3. If you do decide to make your own host guide, make sure to check over it for any grammar errors.

  4. You have the permission to be pban, but you should not pban without reason. You should have proof of the reason you’re pbanning.

  5. Do not use btools at session unless you have permission from the founder to do it. Your admin was given due to trust, do not abuse your power.

  6. If you choose to resign, you’ll be given a rank so you’re hard work is recognized.
