Another Low Poly Turret, how does it look?

As someone who does only low poly in blender, I recommend making the edges more sharp and editing that gun muzzle to have less vertices.

This would also make your game much less laggy for low-end devices.

Remember, low poly means trying to have more of a simple format to things, don’t over complicate it.

If you want a reference, here’s a low poly dungeon I made:

Looks good! The lighting could slightly improbe to add a bit more a horror style but it looks awesome

I like the design and style of your turret! Will you being doing something to outline the edges of the turret? Because it looks very flat if you know what I mean.

Your right, i can slightly bevel it to improve that a little

Not sure if you got what i mean since I dont think i explained it well. But just in case what im saying is basically the yellow parts of your model looks very flat and its hard to tell its geometry

heres what it could look like

If you really are after “low poly”, then I think you have too many meshes on your round parts.

Reduce the number of steps so the round parts look more blocky.

Here is an image I found with a quick search that shows what I mean:

This low poly turret looks VERY GOOD AND DETAILED! It looks realistic and very cool! Great job on it! How long did it take to model in total? Do you do commissions?

Those look cool, let’s say this turret is low to mid poly.

Agreed, I can change the outline color of the model. It could look pretty nice.
