Welcome to Antarctic Eats, where “You find warmth in our food, and cold in the atmosphere.” This is an international dining experience where you can find exotic foods ranging from Ayran to Yakiniku. We strive to have delicious exotic food for any personality and hard working employees. To get a meal, go to the front desk and talk to staff, or sit at one of the front table for take-out. Drinks

Ryazhenka (Ukraine) : Ryazhenka is a dairy product with a thick, creamy texture, sweet flavor, and milky yellowish color. It is made by fermenting milk with sour cream after being baked on a low temperature.

Horchata (Mexico) : Horchata is a smooth, creamy, and sweet rice based drink with cinnamon. It is made by soaking rice in water with cinnamon.

Chocolate Caliente (Spain) : Chocolate Caliente is a smooth and creamy chocolate beverage. It is made with dark chocolate, milk sugar, and corn starch. It goes great with our churros.

Salep (Turkey) : Salep is a milky, warm, and healthy drink. It is made by boiling, then drying, then grounding up the stem of a wild orchid. Then, it is mixed with hot milk, ginger, and cinnamon.

Mate (Argentina) : Mate is an herbal infusion with dried and ground leaves of the yerba mate plant.

Ayran (Iran) : Ayran is a savory yogurt based drink. It is made by mixing yogurt, ice, salt, and mint.

Rooibos (South Africa) : Rooibos is an herbal infusion made with the Rooibos plant.

Atole (Mexico) : Atole is a thick, corn based drink. It is made by mixing milk with cornmeal and other spices.

Lassi (India) : Lassi is a yogurt based drink. There are many varieties, but at Antarctic Eats, we serve mango lassi, which is made by mixing milk with sugar and curd, and flavoring with mango.

Bubble Tea (Taiwan) : Bubble Tea is traditionally a tea based beverage mixed with milk or fruit and combined with tapioca balls. At Antarctic Eats, we make it a milk based beverage, so it is a bit more like a milkshake. There are many varieties, but we serve caramel Bubble Tea.

Licuado (Mexico) : Licuado is a blended beverage made with milk, fresh fruit, and ice. There are many varieties, but we serve strawberry Licuado.

Butter Tea (China) : Butter Tea is an herbal infusion made with tea leaves, water, salt, and yak butter. It is made by boiling tea leaves for hours, then shaking them up with salt and yak butter.

Root Beer (US) : Root Beer is a carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage with a sweet flavor and dark brown color. Originally, it was made with the sassafras root, but that has changed over decades.

Kefir (Russia) : Kefir is a tangy probiotic drink made with milk fermented by kefir grains. it is made by soaking the grains with milk and leaving it at room temperature.

Cocio (Denmark) : Cocio is a Danish chocolate milk. It is made with milk, sugar, and the best African cocoa.

Ponche De Maca (Peru) : Ponche De Maca is a flavorful juice. It is made with maca, apple, maracuya, and carrot juice.

Milkis (South Korea) : Milkis is a milk yogurt soda. It is made with carbonated water, corn syrup, sugar, and milk. There are many varieties, but we serve banana Milkis.

Amazake (Japan) : Amazake is a fermented rice based drink. It is made with koji mold and steamed rice.

Sujeonggwa (South Korea) : Sujeonggwa is a holiday drink also called cinnamon punch. It is made from water, dried persimmon, and cinnamon.

Qishr (Yemen) : Qishr is an herbal infusion made from coffee husks, ginger, sugar, and cinnamon.

Kiselo Mlyako (Bulgaria) : Kiselo Mlyako, aka bulgarian yogurt, is one of the first types of yogurt in the world. It is creamy, rich, healthy, and made from goat milk.

Bandung (Malaysia) : Bandung is a pink Malaysian beverage. It is made by combining condensed, fresh, or evaporated milk and rose syrup.

Kumis (Mongolia) : Kumis is a fermented dairy product. It is similar to kefir.

Coffee Milk (US) : Coffee Milk is a mix of milk and sweet coffee syrup.

Terere (Paraguay) : Terere is an herbal infusion. It is refreshing and low in calories.

Yuja-Cha (South Korea) : Yuja-Cha is a citrus infusion. It is made by combining sliced fruit with sugar and warm water.

Hwachae (South Korea) : Hwachae is a fruit punch that is made from various fruits and edible flowers soaked in honeyed water. There are many varieties, but we serve watermelon & blueberry Hwachae.

Bandrek (Indonesia) : Bandrek is a sweet and spicy hot drink. It is made with ginger essence, palm sugar, cinnamon, star anise, and cloves.

Cholado (Columbia) : Cholado is a frozen fruity beverage. It is made with strawberries, bananas, kiwi, papaya, pineapple, maracuya, milk, and a sweet syrup made with Columbian blackberries.

Julmust (Sweden) : Julmust is a soft drink consumed at Christmas time. It is often described as a mix of root beer and cola.

Hummus (Lebanon) : Hummus is a tangy dip. It is made with mashed chickpeas, sesame paste, lemon juice, and garlic.

Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls (Southeast Asia) : Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls are pork and shrimp filling wrapped in delicate rice paper. Often, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, glass noodles, and bean sprouts are added.

Yorkshire Pudding (UK) Yorkshire Pudding is a popular British side dish. It is made from a creamy batter of flour, eggs, and milk.

Olivier Salad (Eastern Europe) : Olivier Salad is made of potatoes, eggs, vegetables, and chicken.

Consomme (France) : Consomme is a luxurious soup cooked with salt, garlic, turnip, thyme, bay leaf, clove, onion, leeks, carrots, celery stalk, parsnip, beef, and water. When everything is taken out, it results in a clear broth.

Avocado Toast (Australia) : Avocado Toast is toasted bread topped with mashed avocados, salt, and olive oil.

Spanakopita (Greece) : Spanakopita is a Greek spinach pie. It is a buttery, flaky pastry filled with cooked spinach, lemon juice, feta, and dill.

Migas (Portugal) : Migas is a traditional Portuguese dish. It is made with wheat bread crumbs, garlic, and olive oil.

Crostini (Italy) : Crostini are small pieces of bread topped with various ingredients.

Falafel (Israel) : Falafel are fritters made of chickpeas, parsley, coriander, cumin, and onions.

Ingera Be Tibs (Ethiopia) : Ingera Be Tibs is a sourdough flatbread with sauteed lamb meat, tomatoes, carmelized onions, and jalapenos.

Pizza (Italy) : Pizza is oven baked flatbread with toppings. At Antarctic Eats, we serve pepperoni pizza. It is made by baking dough in a circular flat shape topped with tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

Sushi (Japan) : Sushi is seaweed wrapped rice an seafood. At Antarctic Eats, we serve Kappamaki, Nigiri, and Temaki.

Burger (US) : Burgers are American classics. At Antarctic Eats, we serve burgers with lettuce, ketchup, and tomatoes.

Tacos (Mexico) : Tacos are the national dish of Mexico. At Antarctic Eats, we serve tacos with beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and a crunchy shell.

Croissant (France) : Croissants are flaky crescent shaped pastries. At Antarctic Eats, we serve croissants with turkey and provolone cheese.

Yakiniku (South Korea) : Yakiniku is a thin piece of meat grilled with vegetables. At Antarctic Eats, we serve it with broccoli and carrots.

Dim Sum (China) : Dim Sum is bite sized food ranging from dumplings to tarts. At Antarctic Eats, we serve Jiaozi and Baozi.

Paella (Spain) : Paella is a dish that combines saffron flavored rice with many other ingredients. At Antarctic Eats, we serve Paella with bomba rice, chicken, tomatoes, green beans, and green onions.

Roti (India) : Roti is a flatbread made with wholemeal flour.

Desserts

Baklava (Ethiopia) : Baklava is a flaky sweet pastry. It is made with phyllo, nuts, and syrup.

Wagashi (Japan) : Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweets. There are many varieties, but we serve Mochi and Daifuku.

Doughnut (US) : Doughnuts are fried dough with a hole through the middle. There are many varieties, but we serve glazed doughnuts.

Tiramisu (Italy) : Tiramisu is a dessert made of layers of coffee soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream. It is topped with a layer of cocoa powder.

Churros (Spain) : Churros are fried sticks of dough covered in sugar and cinnamon. They go great with our Chocolate Caliente.

Dondurma (Turkey) : Dondurma is a chewy Turkish ice cream. It is made with Arab gum, Salep, milk, sugar, and cinnamon.

Eclair (France) : Eclairs are elongated pastries with a sweet filling. They are made by baking the dough, then pumping the creamy filling into it and topping it with chocolate.

Pavlova (Australia) : Pavlova is a sweet, creamy dessert. It is meringue topped with whipped cream and berries.

Tteok (South Korea) : Tteok are traditional Korean rice cakes. It is made by steaming, pounding, and kneading the rice, then adding in flavors. There are many varieties, but we serve Songpyeon and Chapssaltteok.

Crumble (UK) : Crumble is similar to pie. It is fruit with a crumbly mixture on top. At Antarctic Eats, we serve blueberry crumble.
