recently i played a new game called anime sim, and they have a feature that I rarely see in many roblox games, which is the anti afk feature.
how do they manage to do it,
from what I know for sure is that you will be dc from roblox if there is no activity on roblox every 20 minutes with Mouse type or keyboard movement.
roblox kicks you after 20 minutes if theres no mouse or keyboard input, so they just check for input like roblox does and if theres none after 19 minutes it teleports you to the same game, they might also save some stuff to a datastore before the teleport for example your characters CFrame so when it rejoins the server it can teleport you to the same position you used to be in
The Player class has an Idled event which fires after Roblox detects that a client has been inactive. It first fires two minutes after they go idle. Then every 30 seconds until they are disconnected. This gives you a way to tell if the engine considers them idle and for how long.
