Looks great! The next step I suggest is to learn shading/highlights. It’ll make it look more realistic and helps other people see which layer is in front/back (darker colored area are usually behind.) It’ll also brings out the nose.
Like what @bunnisani said, practice with shading and lighting to make your drawings not look so flat.
I also recommend learning more about basic anatomy, where your body parts are usually places, and how they look in different angles.
Form is also another good skill to learn which comes in hand with pretty much anything no matter what style you are doing, it’ll let you know where to put things.
Nice work so far though, looking forward to see what you learn

Pretty good proportioned character the upper and lower bottom lengths were correct (1 head tall each) a few things though
The pelvis should be wider, it seems a bit flat
the ear should start at the eye and end at the tip of the nose
the arms should be thicker
the bangs shouldn’t be individual strands instead clump them together in sections, have variety make them random, some shorter some longer.
Hey! I think it looks nice very cute style but what I recommend is learning proportions and anatomy for example the arms look rather straight? I’m not sure how to say but adding more definitions to it.
heres some examples to guide you and ofc just practicing helps! And also just find a ton of references to the artists you find that are really good and take inspiration. I personally look a load on Pinterest/Twitter for references so recommend going there!
People already mentioned about the anatomy and shading so I’ll point out the hat. The brim of the hat wouldn’t be straight but rather curved since it circles around the head. Also the ears might be missing…
Looks amazing! I’m not so good at digital art, I’m much better with traditional, but I’d recommend removing the top line of the breasts Everyone else has mentioned everything else I would’ve said lol.
