Highest settings in studio show terrain weirdly.

Is this happening to anyone else and are there any quick fixes besides repainting the entire terrain behind where people will see it?

I think it has something to do with studio settings. I’ve never come across this so i can’t give anymore insight than this. Try increasing anything to do with graphics, terrain etc in studio settings.

This is due to the way roblox handles loading/LOD for roblox terrain:

I solved this by painting everything one material and then adding others after.
