Hello, so I have recently been using blender more often but all the tutorials I watch they speed up the key details and want us to pay attention to what keys they use. For a beginner its hard to keep up and I was wondering if there are any good tutorials out there explaining the basics of blender. Some things I want to master is making simple props and trees. If you know any good tutorials please respond to this thread, thank you!
Simple tree and prop tutorials can be found on YouTube. They tend to go through the details of how to operate the Blender system as well.
By the way, this topic has been extremely common lately. Did you not check for previous threads of the same nature?
I prefer looking up low poly trees to start with. They’re generally really easy, and there are alot of videos explaining them.
Also not sure what version of blender you use, but I HIGHLY suggest blender 2.8 its easy to use, doesn’t force you to remember 10000 keybinds, and it really reminds me of studio
If you want to learn the basics of Blender I highly recommend watching blender guru’s beginner tutorial series. Here is a link:
No I haven’t but thanks for the tips.
The tutorial seemed easy to learn, thanks
I thought these videos were helpful, hopefully they make you feel the same way;

(Disregard the “absolute/complete beginners” in the title, don’t mean to offend.)
Thanks for the video they helped me a lot.
If you’re willing to pay for a course you can use Udemy as an alternative to Youtube videos. Youtube videos lack consistency and some of them aren’t professionals teaching you. Unlike Udemy which has professionals who have worked with blender for years and know what they’re doing.
