A little while back my account iiSt3veii had been compromised due to the bookmarklet verification scam. How it worked was I been messaged by someone most likely another compromised account asking to buy a game I made and it asked me to join their Discord server. When I joined it, it asked to verify my account using Rolinker which was a fake bot made to hack accounts and I fell for it.
When it happened, my email, date of birth, pin code, etc was changed. It locked access to my settings giving me an Error Code 500 and it locked me from changing my group settings like the ownership and sending group funds.
I emailed Roblox support and I proved ownership, after a while they said they reset the email to how it was but when I tried to reset the password my account didn’t show up there and the errors when trying to go into my account and group settings still showed up. The only way I can login is with my phone because quick login still works. So I am still logged in but I just can’t do anything.
Is there any way at all to retrieve my account and get rid of the error, like am I supposed to say anything specific to Roblox support because they have just been useless these past few months.
