Just think about anything abstract, Checkers, Strips of lines that make up a symbol/icon, etc…

There’s a lot of orange on the avatar that could serve as the main theme, try experimenting with patterns that share the same colouring for your background.
Make a background with happy colors?
You could do a light blue background.

Maybe like a yellow background with orange stars? Also this belongs in art design because it is a question. . . .

Profile pic for what? I’ve never heard of someone changing their roblox profile picture.

If you want to keep the orange theme, you can try to add cartoony fire particles.

Hello! You can add contrast to it, you can even refer those principal of design (colour, texture, symmetrical, aesthetics, etc.), or a ‘superman’ theme kind of thing whereas they have radial lines (I don’t know what does it called tho…
) It’s up to your taste, as you wanted to make it as a profile picture. I’d recommend to look at others as an inspiration, it will give you some insights!
