This is the first map I’ve actually created for my game. Im also new to building so some things may be unknown to me. I am trying to improve this map for my Hide and Seek game. I want the map to be crowded in a way players wont see each other easily. It looks weird to me, i’m open to all recommendations:
How long is a round? The map looks very big for hide and seek.
Looks nice but I suggest shrinking the map a bit and having Easter egg hiding spots
You need to put more places you can hide. For example, a dumpster, or maybe some furniture you can hide behind/under.
Also shrink the map holy nobody will ever finish that map
Its gonna be 8-10 mins because they are also looking for objects to place in a container to win the round
The reason it feels weird is because of how you’re partitioning the space… you have 2 main types here, wide open areas with no space partitioning, and fully enclosed areas that are probably tedious for seekers to explore. You should add things like walls and different vertical levels to the map that only partially close off spaces and the seeker’s line of sight. Try not to fully enclose a space like the buildings do, but also don’t leave them wide open like the outdoor area of your map currently is.

Interesting idea. My only concern is due to the size of the map, chases are going to occur and they will occur for multiple minutes before the hider gets away or the seeker tags them.
Depending on how many players the server can hold, probably add more buildings, caves, walls, etc.
First of all, it needs to be smaller.
needs maybe something to go under?
Also a secret hidden spot? (Not to hidden)
Oh wait… if there is to much random things people will just do parkour off trees to get on buildings while the seeker takes to long to get a single hider.
Perhaps this could be like a rare mega round or something

Your supposed to find a few toys before the IT catches you
Thats why i need the map to be large, so i can hide alot of toys for the players to look for
Oh makes a lot of sense know I mean the players or some players will have to go quick because if not they will see it and be like No…

Yea but i want it to be more builds in it, but i don’t know what or where to add. its supposed to be somewhat realistic in first person
