I really like the details you added! Maybe try to size the map a smaller or fill it out with trees or structures, like small castles or caves, for the players to discover, maybe you can add a badge when they go to the buildings.

Add trees and water?
+Games today used Future Lighting
+and add GUI Menu
or NPC? + Leader Board so people did not waster their time
