imo building stuff which you have no interest in is hard to do. i would suggest picking a scene or thing from your favorite movie or game and try to remake it
If you are building just for fun, I’d suggest making it a productive task. Try to make some building kit or something. Maybe for example a skyscraper buildings kit full of different buildings. You can make it now to practice, but if you ever have a project that involves making a city, you can use your kit.
Talking about ideas, why don’t you create obby games with clear storylines that will be a small start to get you used to making games, each person’s ideas are not necessarily the same. bold, daring, whether it succeeds or not. Fighting !!
Maybe a Christmas themed map. After all it’s better to model something after a season then a random thing.

There’s lots of stuff to build, houses, towns, lobbies, etc. Pick something you are already skilled at, and build it with more detail.
I would definitely check out a variety of games created by other developers on Roblox for some creative ideas. Each game is unique in its own way and contains building elements which may help inspire you to come up with an idea of what you want to build and challenge yourself to create more detailed builds.
If you’re looking for specific builds, I would start small such as a house and make your way up to something with a large scale such as a city of some sort.
