Any interaction in the Universal app causes Script_SchedulerHostConfig.default to spike up heavily

Hello,

Issue description:-

The Universal app has been performing slow and sluggish for a long time, perhaps ever since it got released on PC and have been for many years on other platforms like Mobile. I am even surprised nobody reported this. Might be because many here using the devforum got high-end hardware so it’s barely noticeable for them. Anyhow, taking a quick look at the Microprofiler shows that Script_SchedulerHostConfig.default is mainly what’s behind the sluggish performance and responsiveness because of it causing up huge spikes with just any interaction in the Universal app. Pressing buttons, scrolling content, or even just moving the mouse causes up the CoreScript to spike heavily making the experience on the app feel slow, unresponsive and sluggish. I am able to reproduce this issue on my mid-range Window laptop and also on my low-end Samsung Galaxy M12 phone. While the CoreScript do show up taking up some frame time on any interaction with the app on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone, though it is not that much and the app performs quite smoothly and fast on the device.
