Any interest in a pixel style for graphics & more?

Hello!

So, as my description states, I consider myself a somewhat decent pixel artist. I just really enjoy doing it, not sure why, and I’ve been using the medium for years.

Anyways, I was wondering if perhaps there would be a market selling commissions for pixel style graphics? It’s not something I can say I’ve seen a whole lot of across the platform, but would fit in nicely the basic blocky aesthetic, IMO.

Some examples of what I’ve done:

I can do a wide range of styles with pixels, and can include simple animation as well. Can also do characters and busts if people want those for like, dialogue? A la visual novel style?

Either way, is there any sort of market for these? And if there is, how would I go about pricing these? The detailed things such as that character can take upwards of 3 hours, but simpler things are very quick, and I don’t even really know where to start with pricing because of that lol

Any sort of feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!

Wow, great work! Due to the rarity of pixel artists on Roblox, I couldn’t tell you if there’s a real demand or market. In terms of pricing, think about the DevEx rates, and how much you’d want to be paid.

How I would price your work:

First Picture: At least 8K Robux.
Second: Around 1-2K Robux.
Third: 5-10K Robux.
Fourth: 500-1K Robux.
Just my opinions, of course.

Regardless, really great work! You mentioned you can do simple animation and multiple styles, which is a huge plus if you ever make a portfolio. Good luck!

I would consider getting into advertisement with the #collaboration section. You’re an amazing artist and there is demand for this.

Aaa, thank y’all so much! I guess even if there isn’t a huge market, couldn’t hurt to put out a portfolio. I appreciate the support, as well <3
