So…I made this post because I tried a lot of things to make my game popular.I advertised with robux ,on Tik Tok,youtube shorts and also on twitter,but none of them worked,especially on youtube shorts where I got literally 0 views on all shorts.Anyways,is there a better method on how to advertise my game BloxPeak?

On TikTok I’ve posted like 2 or 3 videos with gameplay ,a video with a trailer for the game and also some more dev logs.

I recommend you to use “Sponsor experience” and i do not recommend you target Pc Users unless you have a big budget, make your experience better for mobile players and target them believe it or not, you get much more players if you target mobile and tablet but not pc
If you want to go to the absolute extreme, make your game supportive for console players and target them (it will bring you 100 players per day with only 50R$)
Now you need the roblox algorithm to pick you up so here’s what you do:
PC: 2 Months (each day 300R$) Total: 36000R$
Mobile/Tablet: 2.5 Months (each day 150R$) Total: 22500R$
Console: 2 Months (each day 50R$) Total: 6000R$
and fear not, Advertising on mobile will also attract pc players

Thanks!I used to sponsor on all platform,like on a sponsor ad,but maybe it was a wrong move.I will try to do what you have said.Also,the game works quite good on consoles,maybe I will just need to update the keybinds for them

I don’t use tiktok, but from a youtube shorts perspective, I would swipe right past that within the first second. Why? Because you’re using your phone to record your computer screen, when you could have just recorded on your computer. If there was a good reason not to do that, the artifacts on the screen because of the pixels was distracting.
As for the other video, well, the animations were pretty linear so I wouldn’t have been watching it until the end. The end of that video also froze… so I wouldn’t try to find the game.

oh,I see…Maybe making gameplay videos would work?I mean making them on pc+making some attractive text + tts?
Youtube shorts definitely work, you just have to create the rght scenario and kids will eat it up, and also help the algorithm tagret your video towards the right people by telling it what game is it under near the tags section
I did this with my 2D Obby and it actually was going really well, I stopped though but you just have to keep trying, and dont be afraid to upload a format over and over you can even use the same titles!
