Any suggestions on this main menu UI design?

I’m not particularly good at making UI for games, so when I make UI I can’t really be sure if it is good enough to be in the real game.
For background information, this UI is for a main menu for a tower defense game with turrets against noobs, and the noobs will attempt to pathfind to your turrets to destroy them, and go to the crystal and attack it. The goal is to defend the crystal.
I’ve attempted to create something that could slightly capture the aesthetic of the game, but I can’t be sure if this makes sense.
The background also goes around the lobby map and shows it from a different camera’s perspective.

Any suggestions?

Generally decent, simple & clear.

There is something that bugs me a little, it’s probably on purpose to make it looks more “free” or similar case, but the size & distances of the Menu Frames are not really the same.

could be a pointless remark as it’s my opinion only, but i don’t get why you would space it out like that, what makes it off is that the vertical spacing is different, so it does feels off somehow, would looks cleaner if it would eventually match.

Example :

The vertical size is also not equal, this time it’s somewhat justified due that the current blocks doesn’t possess enough contents to make it as large as the update block, but i’d prefer to see also a equal version of it.

Overall, it should looks like a divided blocks, feels like you could eventually extend the update list as the description texts could possibly be too small.

overall example of the block divided :

Thanks for the input. I’ll see if I can fix this.

I think you should rename “Buy” to shop. Unless it’s where you purchased in game currency, then you should put, “Buy [Your Currency Name Here]”

I think the GUI looks great. The title font is almost 3D, which I think looks amazing. I think you could improve the UI Design by making the background slightly darker. I think the colour of the text (white) may become difficult to read, especially if a player is in a snowy white environment as featured. So, my only suggestion (on top of making sure they are evenly spaced as mentioned by @kenami already) would be to make the background a shade darker, or to add some texture that would separate the game background from the UI background for easier visualisation and reading when the UI is open.

Looks fantastic regardless of the background, though! :+1:t4:

I’ve looked at all of your suggestions and made a new version that hopefully fixes all of the problems listed above.

Thank you all for helping me improve this UI.
