Yo looks hype but I’d change the roof tbh cus it looks like granite.
A little bit too bright as well, so I’d adjust the lighting a tiny bit.
In my opinion, I think the door’s windows would look better slightly more transparent.
Everything else though? lit asf keep hustling and grinding my bro

I suggest you to use an actual paper model instead of a decal becayse it looks like its been pasted in the ground. Also for better realism I suggest you to change the technology in lighting to future.
Edit : changing the technology to future may cause lag.
floor material has no normal map, consider adding it

i noticed that almost every texture is just a colormap, custom materials would look better

The map is fine, however PBR materials would be a great way to incorporate dynamic lighting into the scene. Another thing to note, is the lighting doesn’t look all that good, and could use a real rework.
Use my scene for example. The lighting and PBR mix together to make the player feel immersed and incorporated into the gameplay and map design itself.
