Any way to get a table of the triangles on a mesh?

Hello there,
I want to make a table that finds every triangle on a mesh and the position of each of the three vertices of the triangle. I tried to look at mesh parts and things, but nothing showed up. I have seen a few .obj parsers going around, but don’t know how to replicate them.

Is there a way to use a game service to do this?

Nobody has done any replies to this post. Is there any way to accomplish this behavior? Please say no or yes.
