Any way to have Certain Parts ignore Streaming enabled?

Hello!

I’m trying to make it so some certain parts ignore the streaming process. I wanted to know if this is possible. I’m not super familiar with streaming enabled so I’m not sure if this is even possible.

I’ve tried looking but haven’t found anything related.

As of right now, Streaming Enabled only loads in chunks of the world until the client runs out of memory. Then objects further away from the client are streamed out to free up memory. This only happens when the client runs out of memory though, not before. You can supposedly change the streaming-enabled settings. Although I’m unsure if this works real time or not.

They are working on a new behavior that would progressively scrub items more accurately according to the replication focus position and streaming settings you have set. Though for what you’d like to do right now the only way to achieve it is to create the object on the client and sync the data between the client and server manually.

Someone else just asked a similar question. And this was my response to them. Could be helpful to you as well. I’d say use the search function before making a post, but wow were you guys thinking alike. I don’t think the search functionality could’ve kept up lol.
