This is probably the wrong category, but I just tried testing my game in studio, and after stopping the test, it just closed.
No big deal, I thought. Except the last autosave file for this place is from the 22nd for some reason?
What do I do? Losing hours of work like this kinda sucks

Nope. I was locked in too much 
I just trusted that the autosaves will work. Ive never had anything like this happen before, nor have I ever accidentally closed studio without saving.
And actually, it seems like autosaves dont work at all?

I have it sorted for newest date modified.
That is wierd. Do you ever get the autosave popup when entering studio? Try to open the folder it says to.
This ended up being the answer! I didnt expect this at all, but apparently the autosave folder has moved?
It used to be Documents/ROBLOX/AutoSaves, but opening the folder from studio instead opens AppData/Local/Roblox/RobloxStudio/AutoSaves. Weird.
