Any way to render neon in Roblox thumbnails?

Hello!

Basically the title, I was trying to make a thumbnail for a halo which uses neon, however the internal part (which is the neon part) was not rendered:

I tried using smooth plastic but there was light on the halo which doesn’t happen with neon:

Is there any way I can render neon, or something similar to neon, without a third-party software?

Could you just take a screenshot of the object and use an image instead?

Technically I could, but I would have to edit out the background and it’s overall just a pain to have to do that with every single item.
