Dragging frame to resize and relocate is a VERY useful feature.
However I keep selecting the main frame while I need to press the small one only…

As of present I am not aware of any feature that exists which allows for this (very annoying I know) so your best option would be to manually adjust the position in the properties if you are unable to drag it correctly.
