I’ve tried different files, but I can’t access any studio files.

When did this start? It might be an issue caused by your ISP.
Can you not access Roblox Studio at all?
Try playing it as an Administrator, and see if you still encounter the same error.
“Cannot load published place”
“HttpError:ConnectFail”
Maybe you’re trying to open a published game place and have a bad internet
