Anyone having this problem after the Roblox Studio UI Change?

I just see this on the homepage. It never loads.


Clicking Experiences wont even work, so I can’t open roblox experiences unless I can access them on the file tab.
I have a macbook air and the version is macOS Monterey 12.7.6

What I’ve Tried:

  1. Waiting a long time, did not load a bit.
  2. Reinstall studio, same thing.

Thanks for your report. Could you send me your logs?

In general check a few things

  1. You’re on the latest version of studio
  2. You have not made any flag changes to force the new UI on
  3. Your internet speed is functional

My Roblox Studio switched to the old UI recently, I dont know if its intentional or not but its worth mentioning

Nevermind its on the new UI now and the same issue is occuring

For now here is a workaround
First, close all your instances of Roblox Studio
Then
On Windows

  1. Type Registry Editor into search
  2. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Roblox and delete the RobloxStudio folder

On Mac

  1. Open the finder app
  2. Hit CMD + SHIFT + G
  3. Type ~/Library/Preferences
  4. Delete the RobloxStudio.plist

Hi i did the temporary workaround and it worked, but however it doesn’t seem like I can open experiences by clicking on them.
Also, Some of the experience icons are also not loading

Edit: For some reason I just had to reopen Studio and it started working again!
