Hello! I’m making a gfx similiar to this one but i just don’t know how to figure out how to do these lines the glitch effect ones does anyone know how to make those ?

You can get these glitch effects from the internet.
I have ideas!
To get the glitch effect all you have to do is search in google Transparent Glitch I gave you the link so you can find what you need if that’s not it then search “Transparent Glitch”.
Or draw one if you have trouble then try asking for commissions on the talent hub or by using certain apps with it!
Their just separating the rgb channels in an editor, their are some filters from sites you can use. I’m not sure what program you are using but if you use photoshop or photopea (Free downgraded clone of photoshop) you can use this tutorial
Cmon don’t say that photopea is a downgraded version I have been using that for now months but everyone has their opinions.
