Apartment 13 Showcase

Hello, I have been working on a showcase experience. I decided to post here and get some outside perspective from other people. What could be improved? What should be removed? Maybe too much LED lights or reflection? There might be some issues I haven’t noticed. I’d love to hear about your thoughts. Any kind of constructive criticism would be great.

I like how every room has its own vibe, really feels like rooms have different personalities if that makes sence. :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

I think this is a truly cool experience, I can tell you put a lot of time into it! I love how the ambience of the rooms shift as you go deeper into the apartment! I also enjoy how you added some small but crucial details in the kitchen it brings life to the whole build! If I have to find a complaint, it would be the last room, I personally think it has just little too much light, I think you did a good job keep up the good work!

The reflections feel kinda forced, it reflects off the sky box. There are other ways to make reflections that look real like PBR

It slows down your game by a huge bunch when you do realistic reflections with scripting, trust me ive tried.

Thank you for advice! I really added lot of reflection, tried to make it look different than real life apartment.

Instead of scripting realistic reflections which will blow up everyone’s PC, you can instead enable EnvMaps in your game. Just turn on Future Lighting, see if the beta setting is there (if it is turn it on) and boom.

Everything looks amazing! I do have one small issue; the pole in the living area isn’t Roblox appropriate so I suggest removing it.
