Hello I need some more ideas on what to put on this thing. I would also like your guys thoughts on it so far.I am still rather new to blender and would likes some tips.

May you specify on what type of apartment this is? Luxury? Middle class? Please provide more details; then I can provide a more detailed response.

With the information currently provided, I will say this:
The images you have provided appear to resemble a three story apartment building of which houses at its capacity an unknown amount of residents. It appears to be very detailed and professional. Though I cannot make any interior comments due to the lack of information.
I cannot fully identify what this is:
It appears to be a symmetrical shape comprising of quadrilaterals and it appears to be a bladed object.
You have clearly used a suitable amount of depth in your build. Having the windows and the room have rimmed surfaces and supports. It appears you are a competent modeler and you have performed outstandingly.

If you didn’t know, that is a part of the ventilation, usually placed over kitchens or similar. It allows air to be in higher quality, if we speak realistically. It appears to be industrial grade ventilation.

I’ll be fully honest with you, this looks great just the way it is already! If you still want to add to it however, maybe add some window planters to the bottom floor windows and perhaps a porch or 2 on the top floor with stairs coming down the side? Oh, and a little light by the doorway there.

Very detailed but only has 3 story’s you should make it 8 atleast and that’s all I have to say keep up the great work!
