API Endpoint to receive Audio File in Browser?

Is there a way I can receive the URL below from an endpoint to play a ROBLOX sound in my browser?
The audio must have been filtered or something, because it isn’t loading. However, typically there is an audio that plays in that small preview shown in the image.

This is for an approval system for my game. I did this a few months ago, but I don’t recall how to do it.
This is for a discord bot that will use the API, not in-game.

I believe he is trying to find an API endpoint that directly returns (the link to) an audio file corresponding to existing audio.

Roblox does not specify an endpoint with that specific functionality.
