Hello everyone,
My game is ww2 themed and has weapons like the Panzerfaust 60 (Which is just a rocket launcher), and it got all 4 of my games taken down and put under review.
I submitted a support ticket to roblox to figure out initially why it was taken down and then they gave me that response.
So naturally, I fixed the problem and got rid of the panzerfausts, but now I’m permanently stuck in a loop with customer support about telling them I removed the assets, and that the review should be lifted - but they never do, or its like I’m having a conversation with a completely different person.
Has anyone else had this situation? Is there anyone else I can contact or go to for help?

Like 10 minutes ago, my game was put “under review” for “Violent Content and Gore” because I haven’t completed questionaire.

I’ve just appealed, waiting for roblox to reply. From my previous experience with support, I don’t expect much.
I’m in a constant back-and-forth with them, where I’ll say I fixed the problem, then they give the copy-paste “We’re sorry but we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry.”
Literally no help what-so-ever.
is your game even public? if it has no questionnaire its automatically off the algorithm and 13+ I’m pretty sure
I’ve had the same problem with other project, we were constantly getting banned for suicide and self harm, even though our game had nothing to do with it. We ended up abandoning the project due to roblox’s unproffesional support.

It’s crazy because they knocked all four of my games down at the same time for the same reason. Only got a day ban too, I figured resolving this would be entirely simple.

I’ve opened it to public occasionally (it really helped in fixing bugs). Almost everyone who joined the game was either my beta tester or a friend, I don’t think somebody would report it, but yes, it was public with no questionaire (most of the times with a custom whitelist script)

I know i’m a bit late to the conversation but if you’ve not resolved it already, call them up. You’re 20x likely to get to talk to someone that’s going to listen if you actually call them yourself, they have literally no choice but to sit and talk to you about it and resolve it with you.

I actually directly messaged an admin and got the game review removed, still had to suffer from the ban.
