Does anyone know how to manually appeal to a Bot or to a Human Agent? I’ve seen it being done in certain cases you’d either get a reply from a Bot or you’d get a reply from the automated system stating that your support ticket has been created, etc, etc. So how would I appeal to a Bot or a Human Agent manually?
The first appeal message is most likely viewed by a human, so you gotta explain everything well in it.
The second and third messages are AI generated.
That means you only have one chance to have your message viewed by a human.
But according to ExplodeWasTaken, forms sent under I was wrongfully banned for other content I created are viewed by a real employee (I can’t guarantee this is correct)
You can say it’s random. I can’t even 100% guarantee that the first appeal message is viewed by a human, but it most likely is.
Just relax and don’t worry. There’s no way they terminated you for 0 reason. You must’ve done something that made them think you violated the rules, and if it were false, your account will be reopened.
Just don’t message them right after you were terminated. Wait a few days then write a professional appeal message, including all the evidence and proofs that proves your innocence. Then, send it to them and wait for their response.
Why were you terminated anyway? Was it justified or were you banned unfairly?

I was terminated on the 14th for Cheats/Exploits, the thing is I checked the Place ID given and it redirected me to my own game that I am ranked Owner in. The game is under my group but my group is owned by another account of mine thats just a holder in case something happens to my main. I am ranked Owner in the group though.
Originally on 07/24, my account was suspended for unauthorized/disputed charges. I did dispute charges because I didn’t receive my robux or Roblox Premium. I tried purchasing Roblox Premium via the iOS App and when I contacted Roblox they kept referring me to Apple and Apple had cancelled the subscription (?) but I wasn’t issued a refund when I requested for one as it was not eligible.
So I disputed the charge with my bank which led to that. I am still confused why my 6 month ban was overturned into a terminations days after the suspension.

If you’re currently terminated for cheats/exploits, and it was justified, I guess you’re screwed. There’s no way you can get your account back cuz you were really hacking. It doesn’t matter whose experience you were exploiting in. They don’t care.

Well I’d believe that but I’ve seen people actually appeal their ban for that reason but you’d really have to explain everything. I think it was a false flag but not sure.

I saw some people on Reddit appeal their ban and the moderation action was reduced to 3 days, instead of a termination.
Try giving it a shot! There’s still a chance!

By the way try dialing them on 888-858-2569. I heard it often works and is better than the regular customer support.
Someone dialed Roblox and was able to change his 3-day ban to a warning even tho they were guilty.

Not exactly.
You’ll just call them and follow the instructions depending on your case. (e.g press 1 if you are a player under the age of 18)
Then they’ll let you do a voice message. Explain everything clearly and send that voice message to them. Once done, it’ll be sent to them.
It will take a few days for them to call you back. Most likely a human will reponse to you. There’s no way they let AI handle calls.
But let’s be real here. I don’t think they’ll unterminate you because you were correctly terminated. You exploited on their platform while you know that it isn’t allowed.
You can still do a voice message and send it to them.
Try saying something like ‘I admit I’m guilty and I’m really sorry for this, and I’ll never exploit on Roblox again. All I hope is to get unbanned or at least reduce the moderation action to three or seven days or something, because terminating my account is like taking my job away, and I did not really do anything wrong. I was exploiting just to test how secure my Roblox game is. I wasn’t exploiting to annoy others. For proof, check the PlaceID of the game in which I was exploiting, and you’ll see it’s created by me.’
Just say that type of thing, with some edits on wording, because I’m dumb when it comes to appealing accounts.
Here’s a video of KreekCraft appealing his account through dialing Roblox. Though he was correctly banned, his punishment was reduced to a warning instead of a three-day ban.
