Appropriate compensation for development team roles?

Hi, all!
I’ve decided to finally start working on the game idea I’ve had cooking for some time now. The problem is, is that I’ve never made a game before, and I need a lot of help!

I want to be fair with who gets paid what when working on this, and I don’t know appropriate ratios (percentage cuts) to divvy out to each role.

I’m hiring for roles like builders, scripters, animators, and artists, and I would like to hear from experienced developers who know how to appropriately compensate their team.

I’m very excited to start working on this project, and would love some guidance. Thanks!
