Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all, we’ve established the following rules. Failure to comply may result in consequences ranging from a reminder to permanent ban from our games. We’ll issue you a reminder initially if you are caught breaking our rules, followed by a server ban if necessary. Three server bans will result in a permanent ban. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may skip any reminders and immediately permanently ban you. If you feel you’ve been unfairly punished, let a High Rank member know, and we’ll look into it.
‣ Roblox Community Standards: It is imperative to comply with all rules outlined in the Roblox Community Standards while playing our games. Any violation will lead to your ban from our game, and action will be taken against your account by Roblox.
‣ Disruptive Behavior: We don’t allow behavior that disrupts harmony among employees or wastes their time. This includes arguing, being disrespectful, or causing disturbances. If you do any of these things, you’ll be told to stop once. Continued behavior will result in a server ban.
‣ Exploiting: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards exploiting or taking advantage of glitches within our games. Any player found exploiting will face permanent ban without the possibility of appeal.
‣ Common Sense: Always use common sense when playing our games, as not all of the rules are explicitly stated.
Job Descriptions
These descriptions give you a basic idea of what each Medium, High, and Senior Rank does and how our group works. Starting with Medium Ranks and then move on to High and Senior Ranks, giving you a clearer picture of how the group operates overall.
Medium Ranks
‣ Head Receptionist (28): As the first step into the Medium Rank team, this position serves as a bridge between the Low and Medium Rank hierarchy. While they do not have supervisory responsibilities at the resort, as they do not have administrative permissions, they continue to work at the resort as a receptionist. They can also assist trainers in training lower ranked staff during training sessions.
‣ Supervisor (24): This is the first Medium Rank. Within this role, Supervisors have the responsibility of hosting shifts, and training at training sessions. Unlike the previous rank, they can supervise at the resort and handle disruptive guests, as they have administrative permissions in-game.
‣ Shift Leader (20): Those in this position are responsible for hosting training sessions. Their other tasks align closely with those of the previous rank.
‣ Assistant Manager (16): Those in this role are capable of acting as session supervisors during training sessions, overseeing the process. They can also host mini-games at the resort. Their other responsibilities closely resemble those of the previous rank.
‣ Manager (12): The highest position within the Medium Rank team, they can join either the Recruitment or Events sub-department. Those taking on Recruitment take charge of the hiring process, including evaluating Star Receptionists’ activity, and closely work with the Staffing department. On the other hand, members of the Events department are responsible for organizing various events in collaboration with the Communications department and managing the monthly newsletter. In the event of a promotion to the Administrative Board, Recruitment-focused members will join the Staffing department, while Events-focused members will join the Communications department.
High Ranks
‣ Administrative Board (10): This marks the introduction of the first High Rank. Those in this role are assigned to either the Staffing or Communications department depending on their choice of a sub-department as a Manager. Their primary responsibility is to assist the department leads with various tasks. Depending on the department, their duties vary: if in Staffing, they manage staff-related matters such as promotions and consequences, while in Communications, they manage affiliates and community events.
‣ Operations Officer (4): These members act as co-leads for departments, alongside with the lead to ensure smooth operations.
‣ Executive Director (2): This is the highest rank in the High Rank hierarchy. Only two people can hold this position, one for each department. They lead their department and work closely with the co-lead on tasks. They assign tasks to department members and make sure they’re completed properly along with the co-lead.
Senior Ranks
‣ Vice President (2), President (2), & Chairman (1): All Senior Ranks work together closely to ensure the group functions smoothly. They handle tasks collectively and swiftly resolve any issues, making adjustments seamlessly as needed.

‣ How can I apply for a job?
To apply for a position, join our group, apply at the Trainee Portal, and participate in a training session.
‣ What are the steps to become a Medium Rank?
Refer to the Promotion Guide section below for detailed instructions on advancing to a Medium Rank.
‣ When are shifts and training sessions scheduled?
Shifts occur at varying times, while training sessions are scheduled for 12:00 AM (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays), 5:00 AM, and 10:00 AM, as well as 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Please note that sessions may be subject to cancellation based on staff availability.
‣ Are ranks or administrative commands available for purchase?
No, we do not offer ranks or administrative commands for sale.
‣ How do I report a game bug?
If you encounter a game bug, please provide detailed information by sending a message to Iinsho via Roblox private message. If you have access to our server, you can also open a ticket using Kai and provide the necessary details.
‣ Who should I contact with a complaint?
We value your feedback and encourage you to share any concerns. You can either open a ticket using Kai on our server or directly message a Medium or High Rank member via Roblox messages.
‣ How can I support Aqualtis Resorts?
You can support us by playing and liking our game, or by joining our team! Additionally, you can contribute through donations at the donation board or by purchasing game passes if you’re feeling generous!
Affiliate Application
We are eager to form new partnerships with other groups! Simply send your application in a Google Document to one of our Communications members. Before applying, ensure your group meets our standards. If you need an exception to any requirement, message a Communications member, and we’ll review your group and respond within 72 hours.
Requirements
‣ Your group should have a minimum of 650 members, and your server should have at least 200 users.
‣ We expect a reasonable level of activity, including daily shifts and training sessions, along with hosting community events regularly.
‣ Selling game passes and/or ranks granting administrative powers is not permitted.
Application Questions
‣ Provide the name of your group and link both the group and the server.
‣ What motivates your interest in forming a partnership with us?
‣ Describe how both parties can benefit from this partnership.
‣ Please list at least two representatives we can contact if necessary.
Appealing Punishments
If you’ve received a permanent ban from our games/server, you have the option to appeal either by messaging a High Rank member on Roblox or by opening a ticket using Kai on our server. However, if your ban was due to exploiting, you cannot appeal under any circumstances. Before submitting an appeal, please review the following requirements:
Requirements
‣ The ban must have been in place for at least 72 hours before you can appeal.
‣ The ban must be related to our server or games.
‣ Please answer all provided questions honestly. We need to understand how your behavior has changed.
‣ Trolling of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in being blacklisted.
‣ Accept our decision gracefully; expressing frustration or attempting to argue will not change the outcome.
‣ Appeals can be resubmitted within 2 weeks of a denial.
If your affiliate partnership has been terminated, you must contact a Communications lead privately to appeal.
Staff Expectations
In our games, staff are expected to adhere to certain guidelines which have been thoroughly explained during training. We’d like to outline the most crucial points for everyone’s benefit.
‣ Grammar: While strict grammar rules are not enforced in our games for any rank, we do expect a level of maturity from all staff members. While it’s encouraged to engage in friendly chitchat, it’s important to ensure it remains within appropriate boundaries.
‣ Guide: A guide for interacting with visitors is essential. A positive and confident greeting sets the tone, followed by a detailed farewell when concluding interactions.

‣ Dealing with Disruptions: When faced with disruptive guests, handling the situation maturely is key. Issue a polite reminder to stop, then contact the nearest Medium Rank (Supervisor+) in-game. If no admin is present, seek out a Security member or request admin assistance via the group wall or server. In the case of exploiters, refrain from engaging and instead gather evidence before contacting a Medium Rank or Security member.
Promotion Guide (Not Updated)
We have a number of requirements that must be met in order for you to be considered for a Head Receptionist position at Aqualtis. Unfortunately, if you do not meet a requirement, even if it is only one, you will not be considered for a promotion. Regardless of the circumstances, we have standards that must be adhered to. Take a look at our expectations and requirements below.
Requirements:
• Have safe chat disabled and be at least thirteen years old.
• Be a member of our group and communications server .
• Have good disciplinary history along with good Roblox background.
• Be professional and well-behaved.
Promotion Methods:
The position of Head Receptionist can be achieved in two ways. In the first instance, work hard as an Advanced Receptionist and get recognized by a Middle Rank member. In no way should you ask people to recommend you. If you do so, your chances of being recommended or promoted will drastically decrease. Alternatively, you can submit a resume when we open them. For the second method, we strongly recommend that you attend at least one training session so that you can see how we operate.

We are excited to have the opportunity to offer the ‘Star Staff’ rank, which is entirely an in-game rank. With this game pass, you won’t receive a group rank, but you’ll instantly qualify for a Medium Rank position and gain full authorization to start working and be noticed as if you were a Senior Staff.
