We offer a unique experience consisting of high end services like our very own waterpark, huge selection of food and drink you can order on your holiday from our pool bar, large villas overlooking the bay and boats available to purchase to get around the island. There is lot’s to do at Aquatic Bay and our staff can’t wait to give you the best experience possible.

Guidelines

IN-GAME GUIDELINES

We hope that everybody can enjoy their time at Aquatic bay, and for this reason we expect all visitors to follow our guidelines. Disregarding these guidelines or deliberately finding a way to evade them will lead to sanctions imposed by our staff always at hand to keep the community safe.


  • 1: You must respect all others in-game.

  • 2: Trolling isn’t allowed.

  • 3: Acting in an inappropriate way or harassing others is not allowed.

  • 4: No inappropriate usernames or avatars while in game.

  • 5: No spamming or chat flooding.

  • 6: No trolling is permitted.

  • 7: Bypassing the ROBLOX filter isn’t acceptable.

  • 8: You are not allowed to use our games as means to advertise your own assets or experiences.

  • 9: Glitching or exploiting is never allowed.

  • 10: You must follow all ROBLOX Terms of Service.


Staff specific rules:

  • You must follow instructions from Head ranks+.

  • You are required to use grammar while in game to the best of your ability.

  • You may not go AFK in a public area, go to the staff room if you need to go AFK.

  • You must always remain polite to visitors.

  • You must remain mature in-game.

  • Misuse of tools given to you will have harsh sanctions, cuff abuse (using cuffs to detain guests for no reason) will always result in at least a suspension.


Consequences of breaking rules are:

  • In-game warning - issued by a member of staff (“W1/2/3 | Username | Reason”), at 3 warnings you will be kicked from the game by a Supervisor.
  • Kick from the game either due to having 3 warnings or committing a serious offence.
  • Server ban from the game for a serious offence.
  • Permanent blacklist from all games due to an extremely serious offence.

Staff Only:

  • Suspension - period of time where you will not be able to hold a staff rank (once ended you will return to prior rank)
  • Demotion to a lower rank/guest.
  • Permanent staff blacklist (unable to become a staff member unless appealed).

  • If you ever spot somebody breaking any of the rules listed above, report them through our discord server in the report channels or call a MR+ through the group wall. Try to have proof of an incidence you are reporting.

JOB INFORMATION


GETTING A JOB:

At Aquatic Bay, we are always looking for new staff members. You must first attend an interview session to become Awaiting Training, then attend a training session to train for a job (Housekeeper, Bar Staff, Security, or Receptionist).
Times of sessions can be located on our trello (important links), the session boards in-game or on the group shout. Ensure that you use a time zone converter when calculating the time of a session, and a member of staff will be happy to assist you with finding the time of the next interview or training.

JOB INFORMATION:

Housekeepers

Housekeepers carry out cleaning around the Resort using their cleaning tools.

  1. Either roleplay cleaning the lobby, or wait behind the housekeeping desk.
  2. If a guest comes to you, state your greeting. EG: “Welcome to Aquatic Resort Housekeeping! How may I help?”, then if they’d like their room cleaned ask their room number then go to their room.
  3. Follow them to their room and then clean the floor using your vacuum, clean around the room with your spray bottle, open all doors/curtains (not main door), flush toilet and turn off taps/shower if they’re on.
Bar Staff

Bar Staff serve guests at the bar providing food and drink as requested.

When a customer walks up to the bar, state your greeting. For example, “Welcome to Aquatic Resorts bar! How may I help you today? If you need help ordering, check the menu!”.
For whatever they order, prepare the requested food/drink. For example, a cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake. Ensure you ask what size drink or toppings that they would like if they’re available on certain items.
Hand the items to the guest ordering using the command “!handto [username], the guest will then get a prompt to accept the food/drink.

Recipes

All recipes can be found here, a simplified version can also be found in-game.

Burgers:

• Grab a raw patty
• Use the oven while holding the patty to cook it
• Tap bread and add any toppings requested

Milkshakes:

• Grab the cup (small or large depending on the order)
• Add milk
• Select the flavour milkshake they asked for
• Use the blender

Security Security ensure that the resort is safe and detain people for 3 warnings or committing serious offenses.

You should patrol around the resort using your segway checking for any instances of rule breakers. If you see anything going wrong try and settle the situation and if needed, use your cuffs to detain those breaking rules.
Once somebody is detained, call an MR in the server or use the group wall to request an MR come and kick the player. For example, “Could an MR please join my server as there is somebody with 3 warnings.”; Make sure that your calls are professional, and if needed ask another staff to call the supervisor if you can’t.

Receptionist Receptionists book all guests into and out of rooms at the Resort.

You should stand at a counter in reception, then when a guest walks up to you state your greeting. For example, “Welcome to Aquatic Resort, how may I help?”.
Depending on their request, book them into or out of a room. When booking players into rooms give them the room type corresponding to the lane that they are standing in; Use the computer to book people in and out of rooms and follow the help it gives you.

MRs

MRs (Middle Ranks) is a term for the ranks ‘Head of Services’, ‘Head of Security’, ‘Head Receptionist’ and ‘Resort Supervisor’. All these ranks carry out supervision at the resort and have the powers to moderate in-game. Supervisors also assist at interviews and trainings.


PROMOTIONS:

At Aquatic Bay, staff are able to earn promotions to higher ranks with new responsibilities if they meet the following:

  • Highly active at the Resort and sessions (If able to help at sessions)
  • Minimal incidents of rule violations
  • High level of maturity
  • High level of professionalism
  • Good use of grammar

A Shift Manager+ may carry out promotions, although you can submit ‘promotion suggestions’ to a Head+. Promotion suggestions must include Username and reasons as to why they should be promoted.


Alliance Information

ALLIANCE INFORMATION

Aquatic Bay values our alliances, and continue to partnership with new groups as time goes on. We have a system for people to apply to be a partnership of Aquatic Resort which consists of a short application.

Requirements:

  • A discord server with 300+ members
  • 700+ legitimate group members
  • Active community
  • Mature staff
  • Professional group
  • Willing to post our events as requested

To apply, send this format to a Public Relations Officer through DMs:

  1. What is your groups name?
  2. Provide links to your Roblox and discord
  3. How will Aquatic Bay benefit an alliance?
  4. How will your group benefit from this alliance?
  5. Where do you see your group in the future?
  6. Please send the usernames and tags of 2+ representatives. Ensure they are in the group.

You will be told whether or not your group passed the alliance application within 72 hours. Remain patient.

Appeals

APPEALS

At Aquatic, we believe it’s possible for you to move on from your mistakes, therefore we have an appeals system which can be used to appeal disciplinary actions.

To appeal a punishment, message a Shift Manager+ on roblox or discord using the correct format.

APPEAL FORMAT:

Username: (your username)
Action: (Blacklist, Suspension, Job Blacklist, Other)
Length: (IF SUSPENSION)
High Rank: (High Rank who issued the punishment)
Reason: (Why you were punished in the first place)
Why it should be reverted: (Give detailed reasons as to why this should be reverted)

Shift Managers+ handle appeals.

Remain patient as your appeal is reviewed, it may take up to 72 hours for a response.
