Aquaticá Waterpark Community Handbook

Aquaticá is a waterpark-based group which offers a high quality standard of service. Our staff members are trained to the best of their ability to ensure that they are performing highly to satisfy each and every one of our guests. Ride slides, grab a bite to eat or enjoy the scenery as you wander your way through Aquaticá’s well-designed attractions.

Aquaticá was founded on the 8th of July, 2022 by vyeurs, CHlHAI, and anvyni.

Rules and Guidelines

Respect
It is important to remember to respect everyone within the Aquaticá community. If you are found being disrespectful to one another, or a higher-ranked member of staff, you will be issued consequences immediately. Aquaticá is very strict upon respecting one another, so it is important that you follow along our rules.

Grammar
Aquaticá aims to be very professional to give off a good ambiance for those who come across our waterpark, yet we have chosen to keep grammar optional. This is mainly because it may be easier for younger audiences to partake their role within our group, and can help others to communicate faster. Although we do encourage you to go with whatever you find best, and most comfortable.

Trolling
We are strictly against trolling within our facilities. If you are caught or found trolling without our establishment, you will be sanction for your actions. Trollers will be given one chance to stop. If the trolling continues after being told to stop, a server ban will be issued towards you; we are strongly advising you to not troll, for your own good.

Exploiting
If you are caught exploiting within Aquaticá’s facilities, you will be instantly permanently banned. You will not be given a chance to appeal, since it goes against ROBLOX’s ToS.

Bypassing
Bypassing of the ROBLOX chat filter is not allowed. Doing so will result in a ban from our game. This is mainly because we are trying to help out our community by making it more age-friendly. Bypassing will not help this decision.

Usernames and Display Names
Display names or usernames that are inappropriate or bypass the ROBLOX filter is not allowed within any of Aquaticá’s facilities. It will result in a permanent ban, with the chance of appealing. This is only as long as the display name or username is changed.

Personal Info
We are advising you to not ask for anyone else’s personal information, or give out any personal information within our server. This is plainly because it can leave a very negative impact on the people in our server, given that they have the power of holding your information to be used against you.

Advertisements
Advertising within our server is strictly banned. This is mainly due to the fact that we do not want anyone being selfish and directing our members elsewhere. If you are caught doing as such, you will be instantly sanctioned. Some examples of advertising may be advertising ROBLOX games, groups, Youtube channels, communication servers and so onwards. It isn’t allowed and will be subjected to a ban.

Annoyance
We recommend not annoying our staff members. A form of this may be following them around in game, or constantly DM’ing them with a subject that is not relevant to the group. If you have a question and need it to be answered, ask once. The staff have a right to ban you from any of our facilities if you are caught being annoying.

Raiding
Raiding is simple. It will lead to an instant ban from the game, including everyone who is included in the raid.

Spamming
Spamming is not allowed in any of our servers. If you are caught spamming, you will be instantly banned from the game, or server.

Rank Descriptions

Non-Staff

Awaiting Rank
This role is unable to apply at Aquaticá for any staff roles until their appeal gets accepted by a High Rank.

Slider
A generic role within Aquaticá, the first rank you obtain upon joining the group, and members of this role are able to apply for Trainee Lifeguard.

Noted Slider
This role is given to consists of former High Ranks, those who have had a special part with Aquaticá, or have influenced Aquaticá in any way.

Allied Representative
This role is given to those who are allied to Aquaticá, and are standing as representatives for their group.

Low Rank

Trainee Lifeguard
This is a rank obtainable after passing the Application.

Junior Lifeguard
This rank is obtainable after passing a training session as a Trainee Lifeguard. At this rank, you are able to start working at the slides.

Lifeguard
This rank is obtainable after passing a training session as a Junior Lifeguard. You are able to work at the slides.

Experienced Lifeguard
This rank is obtainable after passing a training session as a Lifeguard. You are able to work at the slides and are eligible to start working for Head Lifeguard.

Head Lifeguard
This is the last Low Rank at Aquaticá. It is not obtainable through attending a training session. You are expected to work hard to get recognized by a High Rank for your hard-work to obtain it.

Middle Rank

Shift Leader
You have been recognized for your hard-work and dedication as a Head Lifeguard, and have now been promoted to Shift Leader by a High Rank. Your responsibilities include training at the Training Center, and supervising at the waterpark.

Park Supervisor
You have been recognized for your hard-work and dedication as a Shift Leader, and have now been promoted to Park Supervisor by a High Rank. Your responsibilities remain the same as Shift Leader; however, you may now host training sessions.

Assistant Manager
You have been recognized for your hard-work and dedication as a Park Supervisor, and have now been promoted to Assistant Manager by a High Rank. Your responsibilities remain the same as Park Supervisor; however, you are able to promote low ranks to the next rank at trainings.

Manager
You have been recognized for your hard-work and dedication as a Assistant Manager, and have now been promoted to Manager by a High Rank. Your responsibilities include; supervising at trainings, and ensuring it runs smoothly.

High Ranks

Developer
These are individuals that are hired to develop or script for Aquaticá.

Corporate Intern
You have been recognized for your hard-work and dedication as a Manager, and have now been promoted to Corporate Intern by a member of the Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include; working for your departments of choice, and ensuring that you are paying full attention towards the higher ranks. They are going to be there to help you out within your High Rank Internship.

Public Relations Officer
You have been recognized for your hard-work and dedication as a Corporate Intern, and have now been promoted to Public Relations Officer by a member of the Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include; finding new alliances for Aquatica, also ensuring that you abide by the alliance requirements. You will also be able to host events, given that you are granted permission by a member of the Leadership Team.

Staffing Officer
You have been recognized for your hard-work and dedication as a Corporate Intern, and have now been promoted to Staffing Officer by a member of the Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include; looking out for those who are eligible of being promoted. You are required to talk this out with the rest of the team before going with it. Your job is to also look out for any future promotion recommendations.

Co-Founder of Aquaticá. This rank is achievable by being promoted by the President.

President
Founder of Aquaticá. This rank is not achievable.

These are the scheduled and official training times for Aquaticá. Given these, you are to attend the following sessions at the following times in order to get into the session correctly. You are also able to refer to the group shout in order to find out what times trainings are at.

Servers will unlock 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and will lock and start at the scheduled time.

Appeals Information

You should only be appealing 7 days after your ban. Your appeal should include your username, the reason you got banned, your reasons on why we should unban you and what you’ll do better after you get unbanned.

Lifeguard Ban
You have been banned from applying as an Aquaticá Lifeguard. After 7 days, you may appeal your Lifeguard Ban to a High Rank.

Permanent Ban
This ban means you have are banned at all Aquaticá facilities. After 7 days, you may appeal your permanent ban. Permanent bans that are appealable include inappropriate display name or username.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a job here?
In order to get a job within out group, please make your way over to the Application Centre. You are required to complete the form, and pass. Once you have passed, you are required to attend a training session. You may not begin working until you have passed a session, given that we are advised to teach you what there is to know about being a Lifeguard before you take on the job.

When is training?
Our training times are located within a drop-down in this handbook. Once you locate it, you will find the training times, and when to join.

What do I do as a Lifeguard?
As a lifeguard, you are tasked to go around to certain locations at the waterpark and operate on slides. It is important to ensure that customers are following the slide rules, and are doing the right things.

How do I rank up from Head of Lifeguards?
Head of Lifeguards are required to work hard and show dedication towards their jobs. In order to rank up from this rank, you should remain consistently active on our games, and ensure that you show a good amount of professionalism whilst working. You are also required to be a member of our communications server in order to get promoted.

What do the MR’s do?
The Medium Ranks are required to supervise everyone to ensure that everything is running smoothly. If you catch an MR supervising you, do not be worried. It is mainly just to ensure that you are doing your job correctly.

Affiliate Information

To be an affiliate with Aquatica, your group is required to meet the following guidelines;

Your group must have a professional and clear background. If any affiliates are caught with any negative backgrounds, you will be removed from Aquatica’s establishment.
If your group is caught being rude or disrespectful towards any of our other affiliates, you will be immediately removed from Aquatica’s premises. We do not tolerate any form of disrespect towards any of our allies, it is shown as reflecting negatively on our group.

In order to form an alliance with our group, please DM a member of the Public Relations Department. When DM’ing someone about the instinct, please remember to give full details about your group. What you do, when it was established and so on.
