Training Commencement

Trainer: Welcome trainees to the session. My name is [USERNAME] and am very excited to be here with you today!

Assistant Trainer: Welcome, my name is [USERNAME] and I will be your Assistant Trainer today!

Trainer: Does anyone have any questions before we begin? If so, now would be the time to ask. Please respond with, “Yes” or “No” to ensure you are not AFK.

Trainer: Perfect, let’s begin!

Section One: Check-In

Section One: Check-In

Trainer: Our first section today will be about checking in a skydiver. When someone arrives at your register or monitor you are to greet them with a welcoming message!

Trainer: An ideal greeting will be followed

Trainer: “Greetings, and welcome to Araceli Skydiving! My name is [Username], how can I help you today?”

Trainer: The Skydiver will next ask for either a kid or an adult ticket.

Trainer: In the game, you would use our check-in system, but we will pretend by saying, ~Gives [AGE] Ticket.

Trainer: You will now be required to state an outro to leave the skydiver in a happy mood!

Trainer: An ideal outro will be followed.

Trainer: “Thank you for choosing Araceli Skydiving today, have fun!”

Assistant Trainer: This round will be worth a total of 3 points. One point is for your greeting, one if you give the correct ticket age, and one for your outro.

Assistant Trainer: Are there any questions? Please respond with a “Yes” or “No” to ensure you are not AFK.

Assistant Trainer: Perfect, we will not walk up to you individually. When we get to your station, please state your greeting. Good luck!

▬▬▬▬

▬▬▬▬

Quizzer: May I please have a [Age] ticket please!

Quizzer: Outro?

▬▬▬▬

  • If the trainee did perfect for everything, please give them 3 points. Deduct one point for each mistake, greeting, ticket age, and outro.

Trainer: An ideal warning format will be followed.

Trainer: Warning [NUMBER] | [USERNAME] | [REASON]

Trainer: For the purpose of this training session, when my assistants come to quiz you, instead of calling for an MR+ or SHR+ depending on the issue, you will simply say, ~Calls MR+~.

Trainer: However, if you are in the main facility and see one of the three, we ask you to either message on the group wall, or call for help in our communications server.

Assistant Trainer: When we walk up to you, please be ready to issue warnings and call for support at the end.

Assistant Trainer: Are there any questions? Please respond with either “Yes” or “No” to ensure you are not AFK.
