Basic Rules
-
Be sure to follow the Arc Incorporated’s rules as they will ALWAYS be in effect whether you are on or off duty.
-
Evading punishments will make the punishment worse for yourself
-
Don’t go around harassing other groups or their members about Arc Incorporated being superior or trying to cause war with them unless it’s being used as a joke. You will receive a Grade 2 warning. The warning will only be rejected if the people being bothered know that they are apart of a small joke. Seriously, don’t do this.
On-Duty Basic Rules
-
While on duty you will have to wear a uniform which will be available from the Arc Security Team headquarters area located in several bases or from buying one on the group.
-
While on duty you will have to turn on your group tag which displays what division and rank you are in. If the group tag isn’t on then you will not be recognized as another member.
-
While on duty, ALL rules in this handbook are in effect however once off duty you won’t be affected by most of them.
-
Do not kill innocent players unless they are attacking you or they are proceeding to do an action that you’ve warned them about.
-
While on duty you cannot wear any cosmetics that cover up the uniform or group tag as it will cause confusion for other members.
-
Exclusive items from other divisions cannot be used for your own advantage.
-
Other members cannot be killed unless they are put on KoS which in most if not all instances will put said member on global KoS. If you kill members or innocent players while on duty and they aren’t on KoS you will receive a Grade 1 warning if this action is repeated and seen to be done on purpose this can be raised to a Grade 2 warning if this action still occurs after getting the warning.
Warnings & Grade levels
Warnings are used as a punishment for any members that break a rule while on duty. These warnings come in grades which is displayed in bold text. With every warning you receive a mark which can lead to a temporary ban if you receive 6 marks in 1 month.
Warning Grades
Grade 1 Warning:
- Grade 1 warnings are received from breaking rules that require less attention such as killing allies or neutrals that aren’t on KoS (Kill on sight). Grade 1 warnings are worth 1 mark.
Grade 2 Warning
- Grade 2 warnings are received from breaking slightly more strict rules such as using glitches to your own advantage (using a modding system will result in a permanent ban unless the executives come to a decision to lift it). Grade 2 warnings are worth 2 marks.
Grade 3 Warning
- Grade 3 warnings are received from breaking rules much more strict rules. Breaking these rules can result in a slightly longer ban time depending on what rule you broke. Grade 3 warnings are worth 3 marks.
To do and Not to do
This section will cover what you cannot do while on-duty. The rules located here are located on other parts of the handbook but are recommended to be read thoroughly here as they give a much more clear explanation.
KoS
KoS (Kill on sight) is used to ensure that you and other members apart of a division can prevent any damage going towards the base being protected.
To get someone on KoS during an event private chat the host and give them the name of the person and what they did. If another member reports the same user or the host sees said person doing something that affects the goal of the event they will be put on KoS.
If you falsely accuse 2 or more people then you will receive a Grade 1 warning.
Weapon Use
Weapons will only be used to stop players that are affecting the goal that is trying to be achieved during the event.
Players that are not on KoS can be killed but you will have to warn them before proceeding to kill them. This will only apply towards players trying to attack other innocent players or members. Otherwise the player will be warned 3 times before being killed if they are using controls that have been restricted. As said in the On-duty Basic Rules section, you will receive a Grade 1 warning if this rule is broken multiple times and a Grade 2 warning if this rule is still being broken after.
Training Events
This section of the handbook covers every event that is done in a training such as dealing with disasters or improving skill in pvp. Do note that only point deductions can be made from training and marks cannot be received however being kicked from the training is still a possibility.
Free For All (FFA)
During a free for fall every player will be able to kill each other. Teaming is not allowed unless told otherwise by the trainer. Be careful with who you trust as you could be sabotaged at any moment while teaming. Points won’t be given unless one player is standing.
Towers
During towers you will have to jump onto several platforms which will be demonstrated by the trainer. Walking across the beam that leads towards the end helps increase chances of not falling.
Team Death Match (TDM)
In this event you will be fighting against other trainees in an area provided by the trainer. Boundaries can be made by the trainer and a deduction in points can be made if you go out of bounds for a long period of time or ignore the trainer after being told to do so.
Team Elimination (TE)
In a team elimination all rules for Team Death Match’s are applied however once you die you’ll be spawned inside the lobby without any weaponry. Points are still awarded to players on the winning team that have been eliminated.
Mutant Outbreak
During a mutant outbreak you will have to stop the mutants from escaping the facility. If more than 7 mutants escape then the event will come to an end and points will not be distributed to the players depending on how well you did. The mutants will be npcs that are slightly faster than players and can target players making distance while killing them important.
Ambush
In this event you will have to defend a place chosen by the trainer and fight against the incoming attackers. This event will last for 3 minutes. If all attackers/defenders are not eliminated then it will be considered a tie meaning you’ll get half of the points that are rewarded from winning.
Special Training Events
Special training events can only be done by Commanding Officers or higher. These events share similarities with the normal training events however they are much more chaotic and sometimes involve special equipment that usually won’t be used in patrols.
Mech battles
Fight in one of the pvp or survival based events with an AIIA mech. Same rules still apply.
Fortress
???
Tanks
???
More updates will be made in the future.
