Thank you for looking into Ardent Airlines. We greatly appreciate you choosing us as you air travel provider. Before you become a staff member here at Ardent, you’ll need to know the basics. This multi lesson tutorial shall provide just that.
Lesson 1: Ranks
Here at Ardent we use a hierarchy of ranks to best separate the duties of our airline staff. We feel it is essential to educate you on them. Please try as best as you can to memorize ranks, and their duties within Ardent.
Airline Customer
An Ardent airline customer is the main target here at Ardent. We want to maximize our notability and it start with the customers. Each customer is allow to fly flights within Ardent.
Airline Donator
Airline Donators are essential to the success of Ardent. We rely on Donators to help our funds, and group technology to grow. Any one in this role revives special perks within the airline such as:
- Priority boarding with Ardent Main+ Class.
- Executive lounge access.
- Upgrade priority.
- Ardent+ priority security lane.
Ardent Investors
Ardent investors are one of the most important people here at Ardent Airlines. They provide the required funds needed to operate the group for special perks.
They receive group perks such as:
- Priority checkin line for Flights.
- Expedited security line with Ardent+.
- Highest priority boarding on select flights with Ardent Suites.
- Presidential lounge access.
- Upgrade priority over Passengers, and Donators.
- Personal chauffeur on select Ardent Suites flights.
Trainee
Trainees are new to the Ardent Airlines staff team. They are fresh from the Education course. They can soon Attend Advanced Education course to become a Airport or Airplane staff member.
Airport Staff
Airport staff are individuals who have come from Advanced Education Course. They tend to the airport during a hosted flight. They are responsible for:
- Cleaning the airport.
- Ardent lounge attending.
- Assisting passengers.
- Checking in Guests.
- Running Security
- Making sure the airport runs smoothly.
Ground Crew
Ground Crew are responsible for the miniatous, and departure of the aircrafts. Their duties may range from Refueling, to Baggage Hauling.
Airport Supervisor
The Airport Supervisors has all duties of a Airport Leader while providing more responsibilities for them.
- Presidential lounge attending.
- Assigning roles to Airport Staff, and Airport Leaders for flights.
- Moving the gate.
- Acting as the gate agent or assigning the duties to a Airport Leader.
Cabin Crew
Cabin Crew is an important role within Ardent. They are to assist in the Flights as stewards or stewardess. Their duties are:
- Serving Passengers on flights.
- Listening to Flight Leaders.
- Working on assigned duties.
Flight Leader
Flight Leaders are essential to the success of a flight. They are assigned by the Captain and have the duties of:
- Assigning Flight Attendants to Cabins.
- Ensuring the flight is going smoothly.
- Work as the Flight-Gate liaison when boarding.
Flight Officer
The Flight Officer at Ardent would be considered the First Officer in most major airlines. The Flight Officer is responsible for Co-Piloting the flight. And ensuring that everything is followed to the Captains Direction.
Captain
The Captain is responsible for Flying the plane. He or she assigns the Flight Leader, as well as the Flight Officer. They ensure that everything is going according to the policy.
Coordinator
The coordinator is usually the flight host. They are responsible for hosting flights, and numerous other events within Ardent. If they are host they assign the Airport Supervisor, and Captain.
Executive Assistant
An Executive Assistant assist the Executive Board in their duties.
Executive Board
The executive board is responsible for the management of coordinator’s, executive assistants and the overall group and staff management.
Vice President of Technology
The VP Of Technology is responsible for managing all technical assets, and development of the department.
Vice President of Operations
The VP of Operations is responsible for managing all group operations. They manage the executive board and Coordinators.
Chief Technological Officer
The CTO is responsible for overseeing the entire Technical Department and is assured by the VP of Technology.
Chief Operations Officer
The COO is responsible for overseeing the entire operations department. They are assisted by the VP of Operations.
Chief Executive Officer
The CEO is responsible for directly overseeing the group. They are the owner and have full authority on all airport property. They are assured by the CTO, and COO.
