Are 16px buttons gone forever?

Previously, my 16px plugin buttons were displayed as 16px and all of them were displayed together for easy access. Now, they are all 32px and they are hidden behind an unwanted dropdown.

Are 16px plugins just gone forever now, or is there a chance for plugins to use multiple buttons like this?

I think this is an automatic thing if a plugin has 2+ buttons. But yeah, 16px buttons are gone for good, and that’s a fantastic thing… Long gone the days where you have to ruin your eyes to see a super small icon for a plugin…
